This multi-faceted system can quickly lead to missed opportunities. Just recently, I lost a significant corporate event opportunity worth $3,000 simply because I did not respond to the inquiry for four days. Unfortunately, situations like this are not uncommon in the fast-paced environment of food service.

To improve the management of catering inquiries and avoid losing potential clients, here are some effective strategies that I, and other small food businesses, can implement:
