This achievement has been primarily driven by product excellence and organic word-of-mouth referrals. As the founder and builder of this innovative platform, I recognize that I have reached the limits of my capabilities regarding growth strategy. Therefore, I am seeking an exceptional individual to take on the crucial role of leading our go-to-market (GTM) strategies for sustained long-term growth.

The Opportunity

This position offers a monthly salary/retainer from the outset, ensuring that you receive real compensation rather than mere promises of future equity. Importantly, after establishing a strong rapport and demonstrating your effectiveness, there is a genuine opportunity for equity or a co-founder status. My intention is to cultivate a lasting professional relationship rather than engage in a short-term contract.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To ensure we find the right fit, please consider the following criteria:

– Have no prior experience in scaling a SaaS product.
– Rely solely on “paid ads” as your primary growth strategy.
– Operate as an agency, freelancer, or fractional expert juggling multiple clients.

What We Are Looking For:
– Proven experience in scaling a SaaS business from under $50K MRR to multiple six figures, with tangible results. I want to see the metrics and achievements you’ve accomplished.
– Familiarity with self-serve and product-led growth (PLG) models, with a strong preference for those with experience in AI-related sectors.
– A versatile approach to growth, employing various strategies such as SEO/content marketing, customer lifecycle management, partnerships, community engagement, and paid acquisition. You should be adept in using multiple growth levers.
– Proficiency in interpreting key performance indicators such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), payback period, activation rates, and retention metrics—focusing on data rather than surface-level impressions.
