– Active Premium Subscribers: 159 (with a total of 209, reflecting a churn rate of around 24%, which is gradually decreasing as the product matures)
– Overall Conversion Rate: 5.1% (with an impressive 8.9% conversion rate this month)

– Marketing Cost: $0 on paid advertisements
Remarkably, all user acquisition has stemmed from my own social media engagement—no paid ads or traditional SEO tactics were employed.
