Embracing Remote Work: Our Journey from City Life to a Lifelong Dream Location
In 2018, my team and I made a pivotal decision that transformed both our personal and professional lives: transitioning to a fully remote work model and relocating away from the city. Productivity remained strong; our team members relocated to Charlotte and Chicago, seamlessly continuing their work without disruption.
