Regrettably, since the day the printer was delivered, it has not functioned as promised. The company has not supplied the essential missing components, specifically the printhead and pump, which are crucial for the printer’s operation. In addition, they have disregarded the 24-month warranty outlined in our contract, leaving me with no recourse.
