Seeking Guidance on Operating Agreement Templates for a Single-Member LLC

As I embark on my entrepreneurial journey, I encountered an unforeseen challenge: my bank requires an Operating Agreement to open a business account for my single-member LLC. Initially, I believed such documentation was unnecessary, considering it’s just me managing the business and the state does not mandate it.

Now, I’m pondering whether utilizing a template would suffice at this stage, with the intention of having a lawyer draft a custom agreement in the future if I choose to bring on a partner.
