Just a month ago, I shared a post in this subreddit about creating a secure GPT-4 system tailored to a company’s knowledge base. The response was surprisingly engaging—receiving over 160 upvotes, numerous comments, and approximately 30 detailed inquiries through a Google Form link I included.
This initial engagement led to a series of 12 consultation calls, and although I initially offered to build these solutions for free, I successfully transitioned into paid engagements. I closed two deals, each valued at $5,000, primarily emphasizing data privacy and security as key differentiators.
