About the Study
I am a final-year Business Management student at the University of Edinburgh, currently working on my dissertation. My research focuses on understanding how small professional service providers—such as accountants, consultants, creative agencies, tutors, and recruiters—made critical financial decisions before, during, and after the pandemic, and how they managed to sustain their operations amidst unprecedented circumstances.
