Despite this, I’ve made significant progress on my startup, including developing a vibe-based coded MVP (acknowledging its provisional nature), and I’m prepared to carry out most non-technical responsibilities. My goal is to assemble a team that complements my skills, with the right technical leadership at the core.

I am willing to dedicate myself fully to business development, operations, and support roles—anything beyond coding—to enable the CTO’s success. I am open to flexible team structures to accommodate technical talent, such as adjusting marketing resources to prioritize technical hiring.

Equity is a critical component of my offer: I envisage a partnership where the technical co-founder holds at least 45%, with the remainder allocated to myself, along with fair salary arrangements post-funding. Respect and transparent communication are non-negotiable—treating your co-founder with basic human decency is paramount.

Their main requirement is a qualified CTO with a solid understanding of our domain—game design intersecting EdTech.
