Weekly, I come across posts asking questions such as, “How can I market my business with a budget of $200?” or “Should I consider letting go of my only employee?” While these questions are often framed as seeking specific strategies, their underlying message often appears to be a plea for validationΓÇöa need to affirm that they are on the right track.
