A Cautionary Tale: My Experience with RobotJet Co., Ltd and a Non-Functional $41,300 Printer
As a resident of the Republic of Moldova, I am compelled to share my unfortunate experience with RobotJet Co., Ltd. After years of saving, I made a significant investment—purchasing the HK-SP1200B-WI printer for the staggering amount of $41,300. This purchase represented all my life savings accumulated over decades, making its failure all the more devastating.
Regrettably, since the day the printer was delivered, it has not functioned as promised. Despite over a year of attempts to resolve the issue through WhatsApp communications, I have not seen any progress. The company has not supplied the essential missing components, specifically the printhead and pump, which are crucial for the printer’s operation. In addition, they have disregarded the 24-month warranty outlined in our contract, leaving me with no recourse.
I possess all relevant documentation—including the complete sales contract, payment receipts, and extensive WhatsApp conversation logs—as evidence of my plight. I am sharing this story not only as a warning for prospective buyers but also to seek guidance from anyone who may have encountered similar challenges.

In the meantime, I am taking action by posting negative reviews across various social media platforms associated with RobotJet Co., Ltd. My hope is that they will come to realize that failing to uphold their contractual obligations will lead to greater losses than any short-term deceptive gains.
