I’d love to hear your thoughts on an artisan fashion brand I’m looking to create, centered around the themes of intentionality and slow living.

I’m planning to launch my brand with a baseball cap featuring the slogan “Grow Slow” embroidered on the front. Before I commit any funds to a) designing a logo, and b) producing a small batch of caps, I’d like to gather some feedback on whether you think this idea has potential.

The inspiration behind this project comes from my husband, who often finds himself worrying and dwelling on the past or future. As an avid cap-wearer, I wanted to make something that serves as a daily reminder for him — and others like him — to slow down and savor the present moment. There’s so much beauty in the world if we just take a moment to look up. I know he’s not alone in needing this reminder.

Although I’m starting this brand from scratch, I have a lot of creative ideas for future products. However, I want to focus on one item and a targeted marketing campaign at first.

Mission: To challenge the fast-paced, never-ending social media cycle we find ourselves in. Let’s reclaim what modern culture has stripped away from us: our time, focus, and inner peace.

First Product: A “Grow Slow” embroidered baseball cap made from sustainable, organic cotton, featuring unique details inside that hint at the little joys we often overlook when we rush through life.

Additionally, I plan to donate 10% of proceeds to mental health charities.
