Seeking Musubi Business Advice!

I recently had the idea of starting a side business focused on selling different types of musubi. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, and I had the opportunity to test some of my recipes with about 30 people at my church gathering. The picture shows a glimpse of what I made. I asked everyone to fill out a brief feedback form, and overall, the responses were positive! The main suggestions were to make the musubi a bit smaller and to add more sauce. One goal moving forward is to find a way to keep them warm during events.
