Seeking Musubi Business Advice
I recently had an idea to start a side business selling various types of musubi. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, and today I had the opportunity to test some of my recipes at my church. The attached picture showcases a few of my creations.
At the gathering, which included about 30 people, I provided a short feedback form. Overall, the response was positive, with the main suggestions being to make the musubi a bit smaller and to add more sauce. I also realized that I need to figure out a way to keep them warm, which is my next goal.
