Oh, I can definitely relate! One of the worst reviews we received was from a customer who claimed we had “stolen their soul” because they had to wait five extra minutes for their coffee. They said our establishment was “planet-hopping questionable” and that the “cosmic energy was off.” It was definitely both ridiculous and unfair, especially since we usually pride ourselves on fast service!
Not only did it leave us scratching our heads, but we also couldn’t help but laugh at the imagery of intergalactic coffee theft. Sometimes it feels like you can’t please everyone, no matter how hard you try! Can’t wait to read everyone else’s stories!
