I’ve been managing a private medical practice for 7 years. It’s a two-provider setup, consisting of a physician and an extension provider. We started off slowly, but I’ve made significant investments to scale our operations through enhancing our digital presence, expanding our service offerings, improving collections, and integrating in-house vaccinations. On average, we see about 30 patients a day, with daily visits ranging between 25 and 40 based on staffing. Each year, we’ve experienced growth in revenue, patient visits, new patient acquisition, and profit.
