Assembling Our Dream Team

I’m excited to share that I’ve recently partnered with a software developer to launch a new SaaS product. I’ll be focusing on brand and marketing, while my partner will oversee all product-related aspects. However, we’ve identified a couple of critical gaps in our team.

We’re on the lookout for someone to take charge of Business Development and Sales, and potentially a person to manage UX/UI design.

What’s the best strategy for building our team at this stage?

Since we’re in the early phases of this venture, these positions won’t be salaried right away. Instead, we’re offering equity and commission opportunities. As we start attracting users and generating revenue, compensation will evolve. That’s why we really need to find individuals who are more than just employees; we’re aiming for co-founders who are willing to invest in the growth of the business, not just fill a role.
