For nearly eight years, I was part of a small organization with about 200 employees. The structure was uncomplicated, with only three layers of authority: the CEO, the direct boss, and junior team members. In this environment, collaboration thrived, and senior staff were directly involved in mentoring junior colleagues. It felt like a supportive ecosystem where everyone was motivated to contribute positively.

However, my recent shift to a large corporate entity was jarring. My experience at this Fortune 500 company was filled with challenges that starkly contrasted with my previous workplace culture.
