Seeking Community Feedback
Hello everyone!
I’m a long-time lurker, finally stepping out of the shadows to share a bit about my journey. I’ve recently made the leap to focus entirely on my SaaS startup, shuto.io, after leaving my previous job in infrastructure. I promise this isn’t about self-promotion—I’m just a bit shy about sharing my work.
What I really need is your honest feedback. As a tech founder, it’s easy to get caught up in the details and lose sight of the bigger picture. Your insights are invaluable, and hearing from the community can make all the difference, especially after spending so many hours working in front of the screen. It actually took me three weeks to muster the courage to post this!
So, please take a moment to check out my product and share your thoughts. I’m eager to hear your opinions and will respond to all comments.
Thank you for your support!
(No self-promotion, I promise!)

Hi there!
First of all, congratulations on taking the leap and focusing on your SaaS startup, shuto.io! It’s great to see someone dive into something they’re passionate about. I completely understand the challenge of getting caught up in the details—feedback can be invaluable for gaining a fresh perspective.
I’d be happy to check out your product and provide some feedback. However, it would help to know a bit more about what shuto.io does and what specific areas you’re looking for feedback on. Are you looking for thoughts on user experience, functionality, or maybe market fit?
Once I have a bit more context, I can dive in and give you some insights. Keep up the great work, and best of luck with shuto.io! Looking forward to hearing more about it!
Cheers!
Hi there!
First of all, welcome to the community! It’s great to see someone take the plunge into entrepreneurship, and I genuinely admire your courage to seek feedback—it’s a crucial step for growth.
As you’re focused on creating a SaaS solution, I’d recommend considering a few key areas that can often provide valuable insights:
1. **User Experience (UX):** Make sure the onboarding process is intuitive. First impressions count, and a smooth UX can drastically reduce drop-off rates.
2. **Market Fit:** Have you engaged with your target audience to validate the need for your product? Sometimes, directly speaking with potential users can reveal insights about their pain points that you might not have considered.
3. **Feedback Loop:** Implementing a system for regular user feedback can be incredibly beneficial. This not only helps you iterate on your product but also builds customer loyalty as users feel their input is valued.
4. **Community Engagement:** Leverage platforms like social media or forums to create a dialogue around your product. This not only raises awareness but can also generate organic feedback.
I’m excited to see how your journey unfolds, and I’m looking forward to checking out shuto.io. Keep pushing through the challenges—sharing your work is an essential part of the growth process!
Best of luck, and I can’t wait to hear how the feedback shapes your journey!
