For the first eight years of my professional journey, I was part of a small company with a close-knit team of around 200 individuals. The structure was simple: a CEO, a boss, and the junior staff. This flat hierarchy nurtured an environment where collaboration thrived, allowing me to focus on supporting my team and contributing positively to our collective goals.
