While many clients express a desire for increased engagement, broader reach, and significant growth on platforms like Instagram, their commitment to actual change often leaves much to be desired.

As a consultant, I genuinely enjoy these sessions. It’s rewarding to collaborate with passionate entrepreneurs and strategize on ways to enhance their digital presence. When clients actively embrace the recommendations provided—such as refining their brand messaging, optimizing their content strategy, and enhancing their connection with their audience—the results can be transformative. A single shift can truly turn a struggling account into a vibrant community.

However, I’ve consistently observed a troubling trend: a considerable number of clients leave the consultation without making any adjustments at all. Despite engaging in deep discussions that delve into vital aspects of their business—brand clarity, messaging coherence, content flows, and even fine-tuning their profiles—many seem to revert back to their old habits after our conversations.

This leads me to ponder an intriguing question: why pay for expert insights if the intention to act on them isn’t there? It often feels as if some clients are simply seeking a sounding board rather than a roadmap for growth. Perhaps they are using our consultations as an opportunity to vent frustrations without any real intention of executing the strategies we discuss.
