Should I Let Go of My Fitness Business? Seeking Guidance on the Next Steps

Starting an online fitness company can be an exhilarating journey, especially when it initially flourishes. In my case, I launched my venture several years ago, dedicating myself to consistent content creation and collaborating with various influencers. The peak came during the lockdown, where my business achieved remarkable success, generating a profit of £450,000.

However, in hindsight, my enthusiasm got the better of me. I made the mistake of investing heavily in Facebook ads, influencer partnerships, and other unnecessary expenditures. Now, I find myself with just £30,000 of personal funds remaining and dwindling resources within the business, primarily due to tax obligations.

Currently, my daily earnings fluctuate between £15 and £70, leading me to question the viability of my business. It feels like I am fighting an uphill battle, and I’m pondering whether it might be more beneficial to liquidate the company altogether and explore new ventures instead.

The effort required for content creation has become increasingly demanding, not to mention the time spent negotiating gift exchanges with micro-influencers to garner social media exposure.
