I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to the community today in search of some advice regarding Royal Mail’s business rates, which seem to be seriously impacting our profit margins. Currently, we are paying over £3.50 for parcel dispatches, and it appears that even platforms like eBay can secure better pricing options.
In addition to domestic rates, we’re facing challenges with international shipping costs as well, which are proving to be quite steep.
