I’m excited to share that I’m launching a new business dedicated to supporting job seekers!

Having applied to countless positions myself, I understand how disheartening and tiring the job search can be. You dedicate so much effort, yet often receive little to no feedback. Just recently, I applied for a position where the company offered a complimentary coffee from a local café as a token of their appreciation. For the first time, I truly felt acknowledged and valued.

That experience ignited a vision.

With my background in marketing and sales, I recognize the significant impact that rewards and incentives can have. When job seekers are often at their lowest emotionally, a small gesture of appreciation from a company can dramatically alter how they view that organization.

I aim to collaborate with local recruiting agencies and small businesses to provide exclusive perks to applicants, such as discounts, freebies, and other small rewards. This is a way for companies to say, “Thank you for applying, and keep pushing forward.”

This initiative could also be beneficial for businesses that support job seekers and brands that provide interview preparation essentials.

I already have several small-to-medium enterprises interested in investing in these rewards for job seekers, which will help elevate their spirits while generating goodwill for their brands.

Currently, I’m working on developing a system to track engagement, reward usage, and interactions so I can eventually monetize the platform. But for the time being, I’m eager to hear your thoughts on this idea. What do you think?
