Early 2024: Expanding Horizons

Mid 2024: Challenges Arise
However, managing a team came with unforeseen challenges. The difficulty in maintaining deadlines and quality of service highlighted the impact of negative influences within the team. It underscored a crucial lesson: one adverse factor can disrupt an organization’s cultural fabric.
Late 2024: A Necessary Pause
Facing the turbulent dynamics, I made the difficult decision to pause operations to realign and regain control over the cherished business that had finally achieved the $100,000 revenue benchmark. Adding complexity was the joyful news of expecting a second child.
