So whose doing financially well in the UK then?

Who’s thriving financially in the UK these days? I’m in need of some positive updates, as all I’ve been hearing is negativity surrounding the UK economy and the challenges faced by small businesses.

Personally, I’m doing alright. It takes a lot of effort to grow my business, especially since the average spend per customer has decreased. I’m focused on driving sales and attracting customers, which means I’m increasing my marketing budget, but my profits are pretty much stagnant.

I initially thought I was struggling, but it turns out I’m managing to retain my profits, which isn’t bad. However, with rising living costs, I find myself with less to work with financially.

On the bright side, I don’t have any staff or significant overheads, so I can handle a dip in business without too much worry. I feel fortunate to avoid those heavy costs that could pull me into the red during tough times.
