Beware: The Hidden Costs of Angi Leads
Navigating the world of service leads can be tricky, and my recent experience with Angi Leads has been a particularly challenging one. Initially, I signed up with the hope of expanding my business through their promised leads. However, the cost quickly became exorbitant, averaging around $180 to $200 per lead. Frustrated and disappointed, I decided to terminate my contract.
Things took an unexpected turn a couple of months later when I received a call informing me of an outstanding balance of $380. Given that I had not utilized their services during that period, I requested a credit adjustment. Unfortunately, my request was outright denied, and I was threatened with debt collection actions.
This experience has left me concluding that Angi Leads operates in a way that feels predatory and dishonest. Business owners seeking lead services should approach with caution and ensure they are fully aware of potential hidden costs and policies.
