Streamlining Your Lead List Exports with Apollo and LinkedIn
In the world of digital lead generation, tools like Apollo and LinkedIn are indispensable for curating expansive lead lists. However, if you’ve been leveraging these platforms like I have, you’re probably all too familiar with the cumbersome export processes that accompany them.
When using Apollo, the process can become a time-consuming task where you’re forced to navigate through countless pages, manually selecting leads. The end result often includes a CSV file riddled with inconsistencies such as flawed formatting, duplicate entries, and incorrect email fields. Over on LinkedIn, the challenge is exacerbated by the lack of a native export function, leaving you to rely on third-party tools or data scraping just to access basic information.
Faced with these frustrations, I’ve been on the hunt for ways to streamline this workflow. Although outsourcing this task is currently not an option, I have explored applications like FindyMail, which promises to automate exports and format data seamlessly. There are also myriad email verification tools that can help refine the data. Despite these solutions, I have yet to discover a tool that accomplishes 99% of the work for me. If such a solution exists, I’m all ears—whether it’s a free resource or a premium service, I’d love to hear your recommendations.
I’d also welcome any additional tips for optimizing lead list building or improving workflows. Your insights could be invaluable in navigating these digital challenges.
