After eight fulfilling years in the livestreaming sector, I find myself managing a business that generates a steady net income of $10,000 to $15,000 per month, mainly from advertisements and viewer contributions. This venture, deeply embedded in my personality, has brought immense joy and has been a relatively seamless pursuit, especially when my enthusiasm was at its peak. Yet, as I reflect on my journey, I recognize that growth has hit a plateau, and I’m seeking guidance on how to pivot effectively.

With the business being so personalized, selling or transferring it isn’t feasible. My approach has always been hands-on, committing about 300 hours monthly to maintain the momentum.
