I’m working on a web platform aimed at empowering retail investors to collaborate and vote collectively on issues that impact companies. Traditionally, large fund managers and ultra-high-net-worth investors have had the exclusive attention of company management, despite retail investors collectively holding significant stakes. The absence of a platform for retail investors to engage and vote together has led to a lack of interest in many cases. However, with a dedicated platform designed for retail investors, we can change this dynamic.
With a background in professional consulting and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, I’m ready to move forward with this project. I’m looking for a co-founder with expertise in web development to help me build and support the platform. I have a web developer ready to create the initial version, but I need someone who can assist with ongoing maintenance and strategic planning for the post-MVP phase. This would not be a full-time role initially, but I envision a 50/50 partnership with someone who’s equally passionate and curious about this venture.
