Seeking Feedback from the Community!

Hello, everyone!

After several years of being a silent observer, I’ve finally built up the courage to share my journey. I recently left my job in infrastructure to dedicate myself fully to my SaaS startup, shuto.io. This isn’t about self-promotion—I’m a bit shy when it comes to that—but I would sincerely appreciate it if you could explore my product and share your thoughts.

As a tech founder, it’s easy to get bogged down in the details, and I know that user feedback is invaluable. Spending hours in front of the screen can lead to tunnel vision, and it honestly took me three weeks to work up the nerve to post this.

So please, I would be incredibly grateful for any feedback you can provide!

I’ll be responding to all comments.

Thank you!

(And just to clarify, this isn’t self-promotion.)

  1. Hi there!

Welcome to the community, and congratulations on taking the leap with your SaaS startup! It’s great to see you stepping out of the shadows and asking for feedback—it’s a crucial part of the development process.

First off, I completely understand the feeling of getting lost in the details. It’s easy to get caught up in the intricacies of what you’re building, but seeking outside perspectives can provide invaluable insights. I’d be happy to take a look at shuto.io and provide you with some feedback.

To better assist you, could you share a bit about the core features of your product and who your target users are? Also, are there specific areas where you’re looking for feedback—like usability, design, functionality, or overall user experience? That would help guide my input.

Looking forward to checking it out and helping in any way I can! Best of luck with your startup journey!

  2. Hi there!

First of all, congratulations on taking such a bold step into the entrepreneurial world! Transitioning from a stable job to focusing entirely on your startup is no small feat, and it’s inspiring to see your commitment to shuto.io.

I can relate to your feelings of hesitation when it comes to sharing your work—it’s a vulnerable moment, but community feedback is indeed vital for growth. I’ve worked with several SaaS platforms, and I can offer a couple of suggestions that might help you gather valuable insights:

    1. **User Experience (UX) Testing**: As you’re seeking feedback, consider conducting usability tests with a few users. Observing how they navigate your platform can reveal pain points that you might not notice in your day-to-day work.

    2. **Target Audience**: Make sure you are getting feedback from your intended customer base. It may help to define specific personas to guide the feedback process, ensuring you’re hearing from users who would genuinely benefit from your service.

    3. **Specific Questions**: When asking for feedback, try to pose some targeted questions or areas where you’re looking for insights. It can lead to more constructive responses and discussions around specific features or overall experience.

It’s fantastic that you’re open to the community’s thoughts, and I believe this approach could significantly enrich your startup’s development. Wishing you all the best, and I look forward to seeing how shuto.io evolves!

    Best regards!
