Seeking Software/Service Recommendations for MSSP

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out to gather recommendations for software and online services that would be beneficial for our Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) operations. Specifically, we’re looking for tools in the following areas:

  • Operations: Incident response, alerting, case management, ticketing
  • CRM
  • Invoicing/Accounting: Ideally, we’d like a solution that can track chargeable tickets and generate invoices based on that data.

We are open to both free open-source solutions and paid options.

As a point of reference, we’ve used ITFlow, which meets many of our needs. However, its interface and invoices are only available in English, which is problematic for us since we’re based in Spain. Therefore, we need a program that supports multiple languages.

If this question would be better suited for another subreddit, please let me know, as I have already posted in MSP, MSSP, Cybersecurity, and a few related communities with limited responses.

Thank you in advance for your help!
